Legal View (www.legalview.in) is a legal blog which covers various issues of the Indian laws.

The author Sunil Khera is an advocate, practicing law since last more than 24 years. During this period of more than two decades the author had the opportunity to deal with various cases involving important points of law. Recently, the author started exploring his old files and diaries containing the notes of different cases which included the case laws cited to support those cases. It is those notes, supplemented with the current latest position of law, which have taken the form of this blog.

The author is well aware that while dealing with the legal issues, a lawyer or a litigant has to search various case laws to find out the latest position of law. However, a litigant or sometimes even a young lawyer finds it difficult to get a case law matching the exact requirements of the matter at hand. This blog might be helpful for such common men or litigants as well as for young budding lawyers. Hopefully the author will try his best to post at least one blog every week.

To facilitate easy understanding the blog is being written in form of articles on various legal issues, each article tries to provide the latest available case laws, as far as possible, on a particular issue.
